(preferred pronouns: she/her)
Personally, I am a mother and wife. I know the value of family and understand the importance of advocating for your child. I am originally from Maryland and grew up on a rural horse farm. I thoroughly enjoy reading books, the beach, and traveling. My husband and I have visited more then 40 countries together. I have a passion for learning about other cultures and experiencing them firsthand.
Professionally, I have my Bachelors and Masters in Psychology from the University of West Florida and Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Florida International University.
Presently, I work as a Broward County School Psychologist. In addition, I am a licensed private school psychologist in the state of Florida. In addition, I am a licensed Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, PREPaRE trained, a Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer, an Active Parenting Trainer, and a District Behavioral Threat Assessment Trainer.
Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a professional psychologist can make things better. I care about your families well-being and would love to provide your child/teenager with all the tools he/she needs in order to achieve to her/his potential and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances. I hope you select me to help your family achieve those goals and provide your child with the support she/he needs. I look forward to meeting with you.
